١. عن هذا التطبيق

كلمات القرآن (المعرّف: com.quranwords) تطبيق أندرويد مفتوح المصدر يعرض معجماً لغوياً للقرآن الكريم: ١١٤ سورة، و٦٢٣٦ آية، و٧٧٤٢٩ موضع كلمة، و١٦٤٢ جذراً مع معانيه من لسان العرب والصحاح ومقاييس اللغة، إضافة إلى المصادر والمشتقات والتحليل الصرفي.

التطبيق يعمل دون اتصال بالإنترنت بعد تنزيل قاعدة البيانات أو استيرادها. مصدر البيانات والمشروع مفتوحان ومتاحان للعموم على GitHub، ولا يملك المطوّر أي خادم يستقبل بيانات المستخدمين أو يخزّنها.

٢. المعلومات التي نجمعها

لا شيء.

لا يجمع التطبيق أي بيانات تعريف شخصية، ولا معرّفات فريدة، ولا عناوين IP ولا ملفات ارتباط (Cookies)، ولا موقعك الجغرافي، ولا سجل مكالمات، ولا رسائل، ولا صور. لا يوجد تسجيل دخول، ولا حساب مستخدم، ولا معرّف إعلاني (Advertising ID).

لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي مكتبة تحليلات (Analytics)، ولا إعلانات، ولا أدوات تتبّع أو بصمة جهاز، ولا تقارير أخطاء تُرسل إلى أطراف خارجية. لا يوجد أي خادم خلفي معالجة للبيانات — كل الاستعلامات تُنفَّذ محلياً على جهازك.

٣. البيانات المخزّنة على جهازك

ليعمل التطبيق، يحفظ بعض المعلومات محلياً على جهازك فقط. هذه البيانات داخل مساحة التطبيق الخاصة (sandbox) ولا يطّلع عليها أي جهة خارجية، ولا تُرسل إلى أي خادم:

ملاحظة: التخزين يتم عبر نظام DataStore في مساحة التطبيق الخاصة. لا يقرأ هذا التطبيق أي بيانات من تطبيقات أخرى، ولا يصل إلى جهات الاتصال أو السجلّ أو التقويم أو ملفاتك الشخصية.

٤. قاعدة بيانات القرآن

حتى يعمل التطبيق دون إنترنت، يحتوي على قاعدة بيانات محلية كبيرة (نحو ١١٨ ميجابايت) تضم نصوص القرآن وبياناته اللغوية. يمكنك تحميلها بنفسك من مشروع البيانات المفتوحة أو استيرادها من وحدة تخزين جهازك.

قاعدة البيانات هذه تحتوي على نصّ قرآني وبيانات معجمية عامة، ولا تحتوي على أي بيانات تخصّك.

يتحقق التطبيق من سلامة الملف الذي ينزّله عبر بصمة SHA-256 وصيغة ملف SQLite قبل قبوله، ويحذف الملفات المؤقتة بعد الانتهاء.

٥. الاتصال بالإنترنت

لا يستخدم التطبيق الإنترنت إلا في عمليتين اثنتين، وكلاهما ببروتوكول HTTPS المشفّر فقط (يرفض التطبيق أي رابط غير يبدأ بـ https://):

لا تُرفق أي من هذه الطلبات بمعرّف جهاز أو معرّف مستخدم أو رمز دخول أو بريد إلكتروني. لا يقرأ التطبيق أي شيء من ذاكرة التخزين المؤقت لمتصفحك، ولا يضع أي ملف ارتباط.

ملاحظة تقنية: مثل أي اتصال HTTPS، يتلقّى خادم مزوّد الاستضافة (GitHub) معلومات الشبكة المعتادة — عنوان IP الخاص بك ونوع جهازك — في سجلات الخادم كجزء من عملية الاتصال. هذه المعالجة تجري وفق سياسة خصوصية GitHub ولا نستطيع تغييرها أو التحكم بها.

عن صفحة السياسة نفسها: هذه الصفحة ملف واحد مستقل، بلا أي موارد خارجية: لا خطوط ولا صور ولا أدوات تحليلات تُحمَّل من الإنترنت، ولا ترسل أي بيانات إلى أي خادم. والشيء الوحيد الذي تحفظه هو اختيارك للغة (عربي أو إنجليزي) في تخزين المتصفح على جهازك، ويمكنك مسحه في أي وقت بمحو بيانات الموقع من إعدادات المتصفح.

٦. النسخ الاحتياطي في أندرويد

يستخدم التطبيق خدمة النسخ الاحتياطي في أندرويد (إن كانت مفعّلة على جهازك). وقد استُثنيت ملف قاعدة البيانات (نحو ١١٨ ميجابايت) من النسخ الاحتياطي السحابي ومن النقل المباشر بين الأجهزة، لأنه ملف بيانات قابل لإعادة التنزيل.

قد تشمل خدمة النسخ الاحتياطي التي يديرها نظام التشغيل — مثل Google Drive أو خدمة الشركة لديك — إعداداتك وإشاراتك المرجعية. هذه الخدمة تعمل تحت سياستها هي وتتحكم فيها أنت بالكامل عبر إعدادات النظام، ولا يطّلع عليها المطوّر ولا تصل إليه. يمكنك إيقافها من: الإعدادات ← النظام ← النسخ الاحتياطي.

٧. الأذونات

يطلب التطبيق إذناً واحداً فقط:

لا يطلب التطبيق أياً من الأذونات الحساسة التالية: الموقع، الكاميرا، الميكروفون، جهات الاتصال، الرسائل، الهاتف، التخزين الإضافي (باستثناء ما تختاره أنت يدوياً عبر منتقي الملفات لتصدير قاعدة البيانات)، أو الإشعارات.

٨. الملخّص الذكي (AI Summary)

يعرض التطبيق لكل جذر ملخّصاً لغوياً. هذه الملخّصات مُولَّدة مسبقاً ومخزّنة داخل قاعدة البيانات المحلية، وتُقرأ من القرص تماماً كنصّ الآيات.

التطبيق لا يتصل بأي خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي أثناء التشغيل، ولا يرسل اسم الجذر أو نصّه أو أي جزء من قراءتك إلى أي نموذج لغوي أو خادم خارجي.

٩. إجراءات تختارها أنت وتخرج بك من التطبيق

أحياناً يقترح التطبيق إجراءات تخرج بك من حدود التطبيق. في جميع الحالات لا يرسل التطبيق شيئاً بنفسه؛ بل يفتح خدمة أخرى عبر المتصفح أو نافذة المشاركة في نظام التشغيل، وتخضع تلك الخدمة لسياستها هي:

١٠. استيراد قاعدة البيانات من جهازك

يمكنك وضع ملف quran_words.db في مساحة التخزين الخاصة بك واستيراده عبر منتقي الملفات. يتم القراءة والنسخ داخل جهازك فقط، ولا يُرفع الملف إلى أي خادم، ويصل إلى التطبيق صلاحية قراءة ذلك الملف المحدد وحده.

١١. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها

لا يبيع التطبيق أي بيانات، ولا يشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية. وبما أنه لا يجمع بيانات أصلاً، فلا يوجد أي تجارة أو مشاركة أو نقل بيانات منطَّق عليها.

كما لا توجد أي عمليات إنشاء ملفات ارتباط، ولا إعلانات، ولا إعادة إرسال للمعلومات.

١٢. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار ولا يطلب بيانات من أي مستخدم، بما في ذلك الأطفال. بما أن التطبيق لا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية على الإطلاق، فلا تُجمع بيانات عن الأطفال ولا تُشارك. المحتويات قرآنية ومعجمية عامة.

١٣. أمن المعلومات

• كل الاتصالات تتم عبر HTTPS فقط، ويرفض التطبيق أي رابط غير مشفّر.
• يُتحقَّق من سلامة ملف قاعدة البيانات عبر بصمة SHA-256 قبل استخدامه.
• لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي مفاتيح API أو أسرار مُضمَّنة، ولا يحتاج إلى تسجيل دخول.
• تُحذف الملفات المؤقتة للتنزيل تلقائياً عند النجاح أو الفشل أو الإلغاء.
• تُحفظ بياناتك داخل مساحة التطبيق الخاصة، محميةً بعزل نظام أندرويد وصلاحيات التطبيقات.
• التطبيق مفتوح المصدر، ويمكن مراجعة أي جزء من كوده علناً.

١٤. حذف بياناتك

لأن التطبيق لا يجمع بيانات عنك، فالحذف بسيط ويكفيه أحد الأمرين:

• حذف الإشارات المرجعية: أزل العلامات من داخل التطبيق، أو افتح إعدادات النظام ← التطبيقات ← كلمات القرآن ← مساحة التخزين وامسحها.
• الحذف الكامل: إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق يحذف كل شيء: الإعدادات والإشارات وقاعدة البيانات. بعد إعادة التثبيت ستبدأ من جديد كأن لم يكن.

١٥. حقوقك

أنت المالك الوحيد لأي بيانات على جهازك. وبما أن التطبيق لا يجمع بيانات شخصية ولا يخزّنها على خوادمنا، فلا توجد أي بيانات شخصية محفوظة لدينا، وبالتالي لا حاجة إلى طلب نسخة أو تصحيح أو حذف — اسمه عبر الإعدادات أو بإلغاء التثبيت.

في أي حال، ولأن حقك في الخصوصية محفوظ في كل الأحوال، يمكنك مراسلتنا في أي وقت عبر صفحة Issues (انظر القسم التالي) وسنردّ عليك.

١٦. التواصل معنا

لا نطلب منك بريداً إلكترونياً ولا نُنشئ لك حساباً، لذلك لا نترك وسيلة تواصل شخصية على خوادمنا. الطريقة الرسمية الوحيدة للتواصل هي نظام المشكلات المفتوح في GitHub:

1. About this app

Quran Words (package com.quranwords) is an open-source Android app that presents a linguistic dictionary of the Qur'an: 114 surahs, 6,236 ayat, 77,429 word occurrences, and 1,642 roots with their meanings from Lisan al-Arab, al-Sihah, and Maqayis al-Lugha, plus masadir, derivatives, and morphological analysis.

The app works fully offline once the database has been downloaded or imported. The data source and the project are open and public on GitHub. The developer operates no backend that receives or stores user data.

2. Information we collect

Nothing.

The app collects no personal information, no unique identifiers, no IP addresses, no cookies, no location, no call logs, no messages, and no photos. There is no sign-up, no user account, and no advertising ID.

The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising, no tracking or fingerprinting technology, and no third-party crash reporting. There is no server-side processing of any kind — every query runs locally on your device.

3. Data stored on your device

So the app can work, it saves a small amount of information locally on your device only. It lives inside the app's private sandbox, is not accessible to any outside party, and is never uploaded to any server:

4. The Quran database

To work offline, the app ships with a large local database (about 118 MB) containing the Quran text and its linguistic data. You download it yourself from the open-data project, or import it from your own device storage.

That database contains only public scripture and public lexicographic data. It contains nothing about you.

The app verifies the file it downloads using a SHA-256 checksum and the SQLite file signature before accepting it, and removes temporary files when finished.

5. Network activity

The app uses the internet for exactly two things, both over encrypted HTTPS only (the app rejects any URL that does not start with https://):

Neither request carries a device identifier, user identifier, token, or email address. The app reads nothing from your browser cache and sets no cookies.

Technical note: like any HTTPS connection, the hosting server (GitHub) receives the usual network information — your IP address and your device type — in its server logs as part of the connection. That is handled under GitHub's privacy policy, and we neither control nor can see it.

About this policy page itself: it is a single self-contained file with no external resources — no fonts, no images, and no analytics are loaded from the internet, and nothing is sent to any server. The only thing it saves is your language choice (Arabic or English) in your browser's local storage, and you can clear it at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.

6. Android backup and device transfer

The app uses Android's backup service if you have it enabled. The database file (about 118 MB) is explicitly excluded from both cloud backup and direct device-to-device transfer, because it is a reproducible data file.

Your operating system's backup service — such as Google Drive or your employer's MDM — may include your settings and bookmarks. That service operates under its own policy and is fully under your control via system settings; the developer neither accesses nor receives it. You can turn it off at Settings ← System → Backup.

7. Permissions

The app requests exactly one permission:

The app requests none of the sensitive permissions: location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, phone, external storage (beyond the single file you pick yourself to import), or notifications.

8. AI summaries

The app shows a linguistic summary for each root. These summaries are pre-generated and stored inside the local database, and are read from disk exactly like the text of the ayat.

The app contacts no AI service at runtime. It never sends a root name, its text, or any part of your reading activity to a language model or any external server.

9. Actions you choose that leave the app

The app sometimes offers actions that take you outside it. In every case the app sends nothing itself — it hands off to your browser or to the operating system's share sheet, and that service is governed by its own privacy policy:

10. Importing the database from your device

You may place a quran_words.db file in your own storage and import it via the system file picker. This is read and copied entirely within your device; the file is never uploaded anywhere, and the app receives read access only to the file you selected.

11. We do not sell or share your data

The app does not sell data and does not share it with third parties for marketing. Because it collects no data in the first place, there is no data for us to sell, share, or transfer.

There are no cookies, no advertising, and no information retransmitted anywhere.

12. Children's privacy

The app is suitable for all ages and asks for no data from anyone, including children. Because the app collects no personal data whatsoever, no data about children is collected or shared. Its contents are public scripture and public lexicographic data.

13. Information security

• All communication is HTTPS only; the app rejects unencrypted URLs.
• Downloaded database files are integrity-checked with a SHA-256 checksum before use.
• The app embeds no API keys or secrets, and requires no login.
• Temporary download files are removed automatically on success, failure, or cancellation.
• Your data stays inside the app's private directory, protected by Android's app sandboxing and permissions model.
• The app is open source — any part of the code can be publicly reviewed.

14. Deleting your data

Since the app collects nothing about you, deletion is simply one of the following:

• Clear your bookmarks: remove them inside the app, or open system Settings → Apps → Quran Words → Storage and clear it.
• Full deletion: uninstalling the app removes everything — settings, bookmarks, and the database. Reinstalling starts fresh.

15. Your rights

You are the only owner of any data on your device. Because the app collects no personal data and stores none on our servers, we hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing to request a copy of, correct, or erase — you control it through settings or by uninstalling.

In any case, and because your right to privacy stands regardless, you may reach us at any time through the public issue tracker (see the next section) and we will respond.

16. Contacting us

We never ask for your email and we never create an account for you, so we keep no personal contact details. The single official channel is the public issue tracker:

Please do not include personal information (your full name, email, or phone number) in a report. A description of the problem you hit is all we need.
